services     Communication has created standardization between our customers and our branch Managers. Our managers and supervisors conduct a visual dock inspection in the morning and inform warehouse management of any mess or damage to property or equipment.

     D & A supervisors keep dock supervisors informed on what inbound trucks are missing, and what trucks have unloading delays. Managers report loads that were loaded improperly and caused for an extended unloading time frame; managers also include their professional opinion on how the load could've been loaded to expedite the unloading process.

1. Supervised trained workforce adhering to all distribution center/warehouse rules and regulations.

2. Certified trainers in-house for certification on equipment as required by OSHA reg. 29 CFR 1910.178.

3. Security and accountability control of all personnel on the receiving dock and in the warehouse.

4. Time tracking for all trucks unloaded by us on UPR (unloading productivity report).

5. Managers/Supervisors working alongside your supervisors and receivers to expedite unloading.

6. Drug screening (five panel) and background checks on all employees.

7. A stable workforce that is paid based on production.

Statement of Agreement and Expectations, as to the Goals and Scope of the Distribution and Warehouse Facilities.

One of the elements of the success of D & A Lumper Service has been our ability to remain flexible, developing and operating site-specific operations.

Working within clearly established corporate parameters, each location is allowed to operate with some autonomy and given the authority to be flexible to meet the needs of the individual client locations. Each location will require its own management team. A branch manager will oversee all operational aspect for the business in accordance with corporate guide lines. The Corporate office of D & A Lumper Service will support each location.

A flexible scheduling matrix will be established for each warehouse. Associates recognize the holidays observed by our clients. Essentially, when the warehouse is operating so are we.

Branch Managers and Supervisors are certified as trainers on power equipment by Corporate Safety Trainer. PITO (Powered Industrial Truck Operator) training is in accordance with OSHA reg. 29 CFR 1910.178.

Invoices will be designed to meet customer's purchasing requirements. As a course of business, we bill on a weekly basis.
